-The staff are the eyes and ears in the  building while residents are away and will report on any issues that may arise.

Liability Insurance

At Third Hand Caretaking Inc, we take seriously the importance of having the correct insurance to minimize the risk of loss when an accident occurs.


The janitorial company should really have a WCB #

Workers Compensation Board #

Does your current janitorial / custodial company have a WCB #? They should !...that is proof positive that they pay into the program and that they have enough coverage.


WHMIS Training

At Third Hand, employee safety is important and all of our staff have been WHMIS trained and have been shown best and safe practices.

If we can reach the light with a Standard Height ladder we will change it!

Convenience

We will even order and pick up lights on your behalf....bring them to the property and install them!
