At Third Hand, that is what we do! As a part of our core function, we ensure that the common areas are kept clean and tidy especially front entrances.

Third Hand will go the extra mile and provide wall to wall cleaning of carpets, scrub the walls and clean those forgotten baseboards and trim.

We will clean and maintain the garbage room when some other companies will not touch the garbage room.

Some cleaning companies do not offer this service or will charge extra to change and maintain the intercom.  Third Hand will make sure that intercom changes are completed in a timely fashion and will try to problem-solve most intercom issues that may arise.  At Third Hand that is one of the many services that we provide as a part of our full cleaning package.
