Private corporation that has been in business in the Calgary area since 2003. The management team are born and raised in Calgary and know a great deal about our city. We have seen Calgary and the surrounding areas go through a giant growth in population. With that, it means more condominiums projects that have come on board and Third Hand Caretaking Inc has the experience and know-how to adapt to that growth.

Third Hand started with just one Condominium building and today we look after many buildings through out the city and surrounding areas.
